Currently, Pertamina EP oil production levels, is about 120 barrel of oil per day (BOPD) throusand and standard approximately 1,104 million cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) for gas.Pertamina EP Working areas of 140,000 km2 were once largely PT Pertamina (Persero) of oil and Gas Mining Authority Zone. The work areas are managed by means of direct cooperation and partnership cooperation, consists of 3 contracts of joint operational body Enhanced Oil Recovery (JOB-era) and 33 contracts for technical assistant Contract (TAC). Pertamina EP thus geographically, operates in almost all territory of Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke.
Pertamina EP Working areas consist of three regions namely the regions of eastern Indonesia, Sumatra, Java, and. All job operations are managed from Headquarters era and TAC while own operations are administered by each region respectively. The operation of those regions consists of 12 field areas, namely, Pangkalan Susu, Lirik, Rantau, Jambi in Sumatra, Subang, and Prabumulih Pendopo Jatibarang and Cepu in Java as well as Sangatta, and Papua in eastern Indonesia Bunyu.
Besides the management of areas work as stated earlier, is other business pattern management through projects such as gas development project of Pagar Dewa in South Sumatra, Matindok in Central Java and Gundih in Sulawesi.
